"On our way to the hotel the day before our flight back to Canada our rental car broke down on the motor way. My wife was eventually dropped off at the hotel reception area with all our luggage while I had to finalize the return of the car. During my absence all of the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive We later dined in the restaurant, the dinner was excellent and the supervisor was most attentive."

"Nice hotel close to bus station. Arrived early and allowed to check in. Girl at reception was very helpful and informed us on best way to go to Transport museum. Only complaint was my pillow was too firm. "

"Very happy with this hotel, it was convenient to 2 train stations and the heart of downtown Glasgow. Room was great, big tv, clean, pretty quiet. Our room included breakfast, a nice surprise since we didn't know we were getting that and it was delicious! Wonderful selection and delicious food. "
