"When we arrived all the windows were open, and there was no heat and the outsode (and consequently inside temp) was around 43°f. No toilet paper, no towels. The owner had left a portable radiator outside the apartment but had not warmed up the aprtment. Radiator had little affect on warming the room. Finally got someone to bring us towels and toilet paper and an extra blanket. He also kindly brought us a space heater. By morning the room had finally warmed up. Not a good experience at...

The location was perfect for us - 3km walk into the town centre and 4km to the black lake on an easy well marked route. "This is an excellent hotel with a wonderful spa setup and restaurant. Breakfast presented many options for travelers familiar with European and American morning buffets. We had two dinners at the restaurant as well that were top notch. The pool, hot tub, and steam room were soothing after a day of hiking. Great value for the amenities."

"The lodges are absolutely beautiful, and the setting is out of this world! There was nothing nicer than waking up in the morning and having breakfast in the cool air looking at the mountain range, and at night enjoying a glass of wine watching the beautiful sunset! The lodges are clean, cozy and have everything you will need! The host is very communative and happy to help with any questions that came up! It took us only about 10-15 minutes to drive into the town where there are many bars and restaurants! There is also a few supermarkets so we stocked up on what we needed to cook a lot of breakfast and dinners ourselves in the lodge, to allow us to have more time enjoying the beautiful scenery! I would highly recommend this accommodation and if we are ever back in the area will always return to this location!"
