"When you discover a property with 100+ 10/10 reviews you KNOW it will be special. You will also know it is not because of the property alone - it is a reflection of the owner. Locanda Bellavita is spectacular, but Stefano (and his adorable dog “Spritz”) makes staying here so very special. We arrived as guests and departed after 2 fabulous weeks as family. "This was a beautiful stay in Arezzo. The staff was fabulous. The breakfast was very good and the attentions to the guest are excellent. The location is excellent as well for shopping, cafes and visiting the historic center. The property itself is not upscale but very enjoyable and quiet "

"The moment we pulled up to Casa Fontaine, our reaction was "Wow." The amenities were great, the property beautiful and the weather cooperated. "Most importantly, the staff were lovely, professional and helpful. They provided a superior breakfast. The property was newly renovated to a very high specification, the pool area was beautiful along with the other out buildings. Even the bedding was wonderful quality. 10 minutes from Arezzo, a perfect location for fun in town and relaxation by a pool. Great for a couple, family or big house party. "
