"This is a wonderful place to stay in the Alpuharra. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and incredible views. The couple who runs it are sweet and kind and considerate. We had dinner and breakfast there which was delicious with all fresh local fare. The property has a nice pool overlooking the mountains. There is a 10 min trail down to the town which has good restaurants and lovely shops. Highly recommended! "

"This is a very odd place. Sure it is an old palace but the rooms are in a basement like plant. In the bathroom the hot water took ages and the shover did not work. We were the only guests and therefore they closed the dining-room and the library and half past eight and the only way our was through the emergency door by the kitchen. It is not a recommendable hotel.The surroundings are quit e nice and the park is great, but inside it is not."

"One of the loveliest places we have ever stayed. We had come for three days, but decided to stay for five, and even then, it was hard to leave. Such a beautiful, quiet, calm place. Felix's breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. We spent much of our time in their "Little Garden", reading books under the cool shade of the beautiful chestnut tree. It was a little paradise. "

"The very large property is beautifully landscaped and maintained, peaceful and quiet. A 10 minute walk to two major supermarkets. Our villa in Capistrano was outstanding for a 2 week stay. It was very well stocked with everything a family would need to live and cook at home. Extra space-heaters were welcome during the single digit morning temperatures. We had plenty of light and the patio was gorgeous, with a 6 person table and 2 sunbeds on the private lawn. Fernando in the main office was...

"Cool place. Great breakfast buffet. Great beach access. Close to restaurants. Only downside is getting there. Taxi service like non-existent. "

"5 minutes walking distance to the centre. Restaurants and bars very near. Open air car parking at €1 was 6 minutes away, at the rear of the Mercadona supermercado . Do not use the Plaza España underground parking as it is hugely expensive . The apartment we had was clean and ok, but modernization is definitely needed. "
