Guests have full access to all areas of the apartment. However, in some cases, certain services may be limited to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

For water sports lovers — kite surfing, paddle surfing, diving, wing foiling, canoeing, or kids’ summer camps — we collaborate with professional companies happy to assist you.

Important information

In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, all accommodations in Spain are legally required to register each guest and send the information to the authorities. Therefore, before accessing the property, a form must be completed with guest details.



Security deposit

A refundable security deposit is required before arrival. The amount will be fully refunded automatically within 24–72 hours after check-out, provided no damage or incidents have been detected.
