Holiday apartment with 3 bedrooms in Motril, one of the best areas of the Costa Tropical, ideal for a holiday with family or friends at any time of the year. Here you can enjoy relaxing days on the golf course far away from the hustle and bustle of the city and tourists.

The 70 m² apartment is located on the ground floor and offers direct access to the communal gardens and saltwater pool from the wonderful terrace, which can be reached via the living room.

There is a nice neighbourhood with shops 800 m away and Motril, the largest town on the Costa Tropical, is 5 km away. The entire coastline offers natural beaches with unforgettable sunsets. Another fantastic destination is Granada, 80 km away, with its famous monuments and, in winter, the Sierra Nevada for skiing holidaymakers.
