"The unique thing about this property is the property manager(s). Ensured that my stay was excellent. The location is perfect for Novara (train station is 1 min walking distance, downtown is 10 mins walking distance and major grocery store is 10 mins walking distance). "The owner was great - so available and understanding! Our flights had issues and we arrived late at night, and he waited up/woke back up to check us in. "My partner and I recently stayed at Relais Sant’Uffizio in the heart of Piedmont, and it was a truly peaceful and rejuvenating escape. Set in a beautifully restored 16th-century monastery, the hotel’s charm lies in its blend of historic elegance and modern comfort. The Aquanatura Spa was the highlight—immaculate and incredibly relaxing. The hydrotherapy pool, panoramic sauna, steam rooms, and ice cascade created a complete wellness experience. The time we spent there was restive and deeply restorative. Every detail, from the calming design to the herbal tea lounge, added to the sense of luxury. The hotel grounds were equally impressive. Surrounded by vineyards and manicured gardens, the outdoor pool area and bar was perfect for unwinding. I especially loved walking through the quiet paths in the early evening—truly serene. The restaurants, bars, and extensive wine list exceeded expectations and rounded out this magical visit. If you’re looking for a romantic getaway in the heart of the rolling hills and vineyards of Piemonte, this place is a gem. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to return."
