Seul problématique que je peux souligner, c'est que nous ne pouvons pas manger à l'intérieur. Certainement des abus par le passé qui malheureusement impact même ce qui respecterait le lieu. "The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very well designed, but unfortunately, our experience with the customer service was disappointing. From the beginning, the interaction with the lady at the front desk felt unnecessarily argumentative rather than welcoming. Later, at the restaurant downstairs, I was told that I could only use the restroom if I purchased something at the bar. As a hotel guest, I found this very surprising and uncomfortable. While Milano Verticale is a beautiful property, the attitude and level of hospitality we experienced did not match what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Unfortunately, the poor customer service overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay, and I would not choose to book here again."
