10 @ Wai Matangi is a stylish place to stay & perfect for group trips but also ideal for a couples break away. Offering space and privacy for everyone, including your fur babies.

Central to many attractions. Just a 3 minute drive to Lake Taupo and the stunning Motuoapa marina, and the popular Licorice Cafe. Not far is the Tongariro River for the keen fly fisherman. The ski fields are a 45 min drive away, including NZ's number 1 day hike, the Tongariro Alpine Crossing. An award winning restaurant is only 10 mins away and Turangi township for all your amenities, and much more. You won't be short on things to see and do!

The main house contains a spacious large kitchen in an open plan living/dining area, perfect for those group bookings. The main bedroom with queen bed has a walk-in wardrobe and modern ensuite, and bedroom 2 containing 2 x king singles with a small wardrobe and a separate bathroom next door.

Attached to the main dwelling is the third bedroom containing its own kitchenette, queen size bed, ensuite and walk in wardrobe, offering space and privacy again.

Adjoining outdoor deck & entertaining areas. Double glazing throughout to keep you toasty warm in the winter. Attached is a large 2 car garaging with laundry and ample outside parking for that boat or trailer.

Dogs stay for free and will enjoy the secure & fully fenced, grass back yard.
