10/10 Excellent

"This was a lovely hotel. The staff was super friendly and the rooms really nice. The beds were comfortable, and pillows were outstanding. The room was really quiet. The shower had great water pressure. The location was perfect and good restaurants around (I highly recommend the Hen House Eatery a few blocks away). We didn't eat in the restaurant there at the hotel only because we ran out of time. My only complaint (it is a small one) would be that the lobby had way too much "scent" happening, a very strong perfume/cologne smell. It isn't bad if you aren't hanging out in there for a long time, but it is strong. All-in-all this was a fantastic hotel and I'd definitely stay there again."

"Check in at about 4 o’clock was exceptional. The gentleman answered all questions gave me good advice got my room set up. Everything was great. I was expecting the rest of my family to arrive at 11:30 at night. Had arranged for this in advance. The night staff was just the opposite of the afternoon staff. Wouldn’t let my son into the hotel through the glass door. Wouldn’t give him the key that was explicitly requested on the sign in. Had to call me at 11 o’clock at night to verify not what we requested. We would not go back."

"We got a very good rate for the 10 nights we stayed because the pool and hot tub were closed for remodeling but we didn’t need either so that was fine. The breakfasts were excellent, the location was convenient to all we needed. They were also working on the Wi-Fi so we didn’t have that but we have internet on our phones and really didn’t need it. The staff was very helpful, parking was great. It was quiet on our floor and ice was close."
