"Decided to test out ski hills in Tahoe and this was a perfect spot. Close to all ski hills and the kitchen was perfect for us to cook at home. Hot tub right out front of unit was great."

"The property managers were pleasant and available to assist us in checking in and accessing the property. The lodgings were clean, but spartan. Kitchenette seemed like it was missing glassware (only one wine glass), could have used more towels. There wasn't much atmosphere to the property and the shared features such as the rooftop deck could have used much more attention to make it inviting. Overall, clean and servicable, but spartan. Loved the easy access to parking and the beach!"

"What I loved most about this place was the caretaker on site, he helped us park in the very small parking area and also gave us pointers about parking. Loved the keyless entry and everything was secure. The studio was comfortable enough for two adults and our small dog. There is no AC, however a tall cooling fan is available . The one negative is the queen bed sinks in on both sides and in my opinion needs to be replaced. Overall it was a pleasant experience and a nice place to stay. "

"Loved the view, cabin inside was clean other than gooey sticky coffee on the bottom of the pot. Also said no pets but definitely had been a pet in there. My husband has severe animal allergies and sneezed and wheezed constantly when inside. Hammock outside was disgustingly filthy. Also table and chairs had not been cleaned."

"Kevin was great providing all of the necessary information for a seamless and stress free check in. In addition the place was very nicely setup with glasses, plates, coffee machine, and even a french press. The rooftop location is very nice overlooking the lake and the hot tub is in a blocked off location for privacy. Overall a great stay in a more cozy part of North Lake Tahoe. It was the first time the wife and I stayed in North Lake Tahoe and happy we chose this location and this...

"Booked this VRBO in September for December stay. Tried to communicate with owner prior to arriving for weeks. Three days before our trip they did not ever get back to us with info on how to access the property. Contacted VRBO to ask for refund to book something else they wouldn’t help until 3:30 on day of check in . Then they refunded and we cancelled our Christmas trip . They still list this property so they are participating in this fraudulent listing"
