"For the price, you cannot do better. And for the essentials, a comfortable bed and bath, a workspace, and place to unpack into, this place is top notch. The shopping center across the driveway is a great convenience, and all of Rockville and Gaithersberg are an easy drive. We find it convenient to Silver Spring, DC, and Northern VA, as well as to the three major airports, but that is a matter of perspective. We are there 2 or 3 times a year visiting family throughout the area. It's environs for most would be Rockville, Gaithersberg, and, perhaps, Olney, Leisure World, and the rest of Silver Spring"

"The cost of the room was very inexpensive, so we didn't have high expectations to begin with. Unfortunately, there were additional charges a t check-in because we stayed for less than a week they amounted to almost $5 extra dollars per day. When booking an extended stay with a kitchenette, we assumed there would be dishes. We were told that there would have been an additional charge for them, but the staff suggested that we purchase our own because the quality of what they offer was so low. They also didn't have enough towels and washcloths for each of us, and they would not provide any extra (although they did wash ours for us and returned them within 3 hours). The floor of the room was sticky; we had to purchase a Swiffer mop to clean it ourselves."
