"We had an amazing stay and truly enjoyed everything! The food was excellent — we actually enjoyed the buffet even more than the specialty restaurants. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the public restrooms were always clean, which we really appreciated. The amenities were great, and there were always activities going on, including fun options to keep the kids included and entertained. The staff was friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Also, while tips are included, the staff works incredibly hard and always with such a positive attitude. If you are able to give a little extra, even $1, $3, $5 or more, it is very appreciated by them. Of course, it is not required, but we could really see how much effort they put into making everyone’s stay special. The only thing that wasn’t my favorite was that our room was in one of the last buildings. The walk wasn’t too long, but during the middle of the day, when we wanted to go back and rest, the heat made it feel a bit farther. That being said, it was definitely not a deal breaker. Another thing to keep in mind is that there are no elevators, but the staff does help with the luggage. I only mention this for anyone who may need accessibility accommodations. Overall, we highly recommend this resort and would definitely come back!"

"What a wonderful experience!!! Truly a dream staying in the overwater bungalow. We had a private chofer to and from the hotel. The room even came with 24 hr butler service. The hotel was really clean. The staff throughout the property was soo lovely, helpful, and attentive. 5 stars for sure! My husband and I really enjoyed the food at the restaurants even the buffet area. What a trip! We will definitely be going back but staying for longer."

"We really liked the seclusion with the tropical beauty. The staff was top notch. The room was one we really wanted be in when we weren't at the beach or at the pool with swim up bar. The balcony was relaxing, especially when it rained. The ocean was crystal clear and I found that I always wanted to be there. We will definitely come back. Great vacation."

"Had a wonderful stay here aside from a leaking roof one day that management didn't care about and we cleaned up the water ourselves. The bed was uncomfortable after the first few days but generally the room was great. Free continental breakfast in the morning was a bonus and with best in the west across the street and the on-site restaurant we managed dinners. Great beach, security, pools and friendly staff make this place what it is."

"I dont like that I was lied to by a reception staff member telling us one price for the pull up pool of 170 but when we wanted to get it another member said 500 dollars plus. Why is my review not beeing submitted? Because its bad? This is why I will do on the BBB better business burow."
