Princess Senses The Mangrove Resort - Adults Only

10/10 Excellent

"From beginning to end our stay was deliciously delightful! Tevyn, the bellhop, was such an attentive, warm and friendly help who made sure he remembered our names from the moment we arrived and greeted us so enthusiastically daily! The hotel staff left no detail to chance and even gifted me with complimentary wine and a celebratory fruit platter in our room for my birthday. Meals daily were locally tasteful... Shout out to Lacey at the omlette station at the Food Market Breakfast Buffet. 1000/10 would most definitely recommend!! My birthday dinner at Umami was superb!! The most melting in your mouth Smoked Salmon Rolls I have ever had and again... Top Notch service 👌 Max, one of the Food Market's Floor Managers, captured our hearts with his warmth and excellent table side manners. His signature Mimosas are a MUST!!! Big Up Yourself Max!!! Overall the entire experience, was worth more than my words could ever describe. I Will Be Back!!!"

CocoLaPalm Seaside Resort

10/10 Excellent

"We enjoyed our week-long stay. The staff was friendly, and the property was clean and well maintained. There were a few minor issues: a water leak from the ceiling in the stairwell that looked like it was getting worse during our visit, a safe that didn't work consistently, and TVs with poor sound projection that could use replacing. Otherwise, I can't complain. The bed was comfortable, and the food and views were phenomenal. One tip: book tours and taxis through the front desk, since they use reputable companies, rather than going with someone you meet on the beach. I would highly recommend this resort!"

Azul Beach Resort Negril, Gourmet All Inclusive by Karisma

8/10 Good

"The Azul is a wonderful property on excellent beach front "7 mile beach Nigril". The staff, cleansiness of the Property were great. There is activities for all age to enjoy. I first encountered a long 1.5 hours wait time to get my room. We were disappointed with the food selection. Very little authenticity of the Jamaican food basic "jerk chicken". Quality of food was poor. Staff in all the departs I encountered were welcoming pleasant and accommodating. Management address the meals, good food is key to a great vacation."

The Signature Level At Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities and amenities were first class, and the hotel itself is absolutely amazing, with lots of beautiful areas to relax and enjoy, including its own lovely pool. The food was also excellent and really added to the overall experience. We also used the spa services. The massage was fantastic and very relaxing, and I was extremely pleased with that treatment. Unfortunately, the manicure and pedicure were a completely different experience. The quality was well below the standard I would expect from a hotel of this quality, and the finished result was very disappointing. I eventually received a refund, which I appreciated. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with beautiful facilities, great food, a lovely atmosphere, and excellent spa massage services. My only disappointment was the manicure and pedicure, which I hope the hotel will address so that the spa can match the high standard of the rest of the property. I would happily return."
