"In summary - quiet, rural, friendly. Beautifully decorated, comfy and warm room part of, but separate from, the main house. Lots of well behaved dogs, chooks, guinea fowl, cats to share the stay with. Bonus was the cooked breakfast! Axedale is on the rail bike trail and Bendigo has so much to offer!"

Delicious breakfast, with the hosts putting thought into what activities the guests would like to do and offering local advice. Clean and well kept, love the spa bath as well as the air-con (it was 39 degrees the weekend we visited!)."
