"The space was cozy for a family of four, however the location was the main reason we selected this property. Most attractions are in walking distance or a short bus/train ride. The property is uphill from downtown Seattle, so just be prepared for that. Would recommend."

"The location was ideal for us. We love Capital Hill. There were issues in the flat: unreliable shower water pressure, no porch light, minimal silverware, light out in hallway above apartment door, a couple blinds were a little broken. There was also trash in front of building along sidewalk. "
