"I’ve always stayed at the property every time we travel this time. I was really disappointed. I was t charged for a night that I did not reserve after I stayed a week and the property manager was horrible. His name is Ryan. Everyone else was great. I would definitely would not recommend that property. not as long as that manager is there it seems like even employees are not happy with him."

"Had a pleasant stay here at La Quinta in Pomona. The location was perfect for the purpose of our visit in the area. Also, close to restaurants and gas stations. The staff were helpful. Rooms were clean, and spacious. A few things though, the phone inside the room was not working, had to use mobile phone to call assistance from front desk. And, I really hope there is a way the management or staff find a way to remind guests to be mindful of the quiet time and how they walk around their rooms, not to be jumping (not kids, can hear grown up voices) especially if they are on top floors and past 10pm. Other than those, it's a nice place to stay in when you visit the area."

"Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the 12pm checkout and free breakfast. The only downside was we requested a king bed as I had originally booked two queens and the receptionist said there was one available on the first floor. Little did I know next door was the teams room. It was very annoying that at 7am staff was going in and out and the door slammed each time. "
