"Nice, clean, spacious apartment, in a central location on Mt. Buller. Close to all shops and restaurants, and also to Mt. Buller Ski School. The snow was amazing, allowing us to ski in/ ski out this season. Would definitely consider staying here again. One of the main issues was the main door to the apartments was not always locked, questioning the security. In addition, the smoke alarm went off every day or night we were there, making it disruptive especially for the children. Otherwise, we...

"Right on the ski field (can literally walk out door and you are there). But Hotel in less than optimal condition: cracks in some windows on main doors, tired condition generally, rooms about a 3* condition. Bathroom poor condition (bath did not even drain properly - bath maybe installed on an angle?). Quite expensive for its quality. Not sure the high premium for staying there is worthwhile."

"Emma was a great manager. The property rooms and bathrooms were really tidy. We loved our stay and will be back for sure. It’s a nice spacious lodge with a big fireplace and a fantastic kitchen. Lovely to chat to other guests as well. "
