"I will share our experience here. What i thought was supposed to be one of the nicer rooms for my husbands birthday getaway, the first one weve had in years, slowly started to unravel as we walked in. White wall patches that were spackled poorly and left unpainted and unfinished were found all over the cabin. A light switch was even off kilter. I dont even know what to say about the a/c or heat. Thank goodness it was temperate weather. We didnt dare turn on the fan because of the amount of dust that was sure to cover the bed and table. It looked like it was about to have a fireplace installed but wasnt quite there yet which was sad because we were looking forward to that. But we decided to not let it ruin our stay. We didnt say anything. And although the toilet continuously gave us trouble we tried to ignore it. We enjoyed Zion and its beauty. The last day there we enjoyed a bath. While draining, the shower started to backfill with what you can imagine was all sorts of nasties. And the toilet too. It was a mess. So long story short the rest of the stay was snake sounds and waiting and more waiting with people in and out of our cabin. It seriosuly put a damper in our plans. The shocker? Nobody there said anything! The maintenence guy said sorry but that was it. No mention of it at checkout, no apology from management, nothing! No trying to make it right! So weird. In addition to our very very weird and subpar onsite restaurant experience its safe to say we would never come ba"
