"We enjoyed our stay! The staff were very friendly. Lynette was so helpful when we checked in and gave us plenty of options of things to do in places to eat. Our room was very clean and spacious. The inn was very quaint and well maintained. It was our first time staying at a bed-and-breakfast and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I hope we will be able to come back."

"The Holbrook House was an ideal location for our trip to Bar Harbor. A nice walk to town and an easy way to Acadia Park. The accommodations were lovely and the breakfast was delicious. "

"Very helpful in accommodating food sensitivies. Breakfasts were very good."

"The property is rustic but nice. There is a bathroom with shower on 1st and 2nd floor but the water pressure in the house does not sustain use of both at the same time. The main kitchen refrigerator was not working during our stay. There are minifridges on the 2nd and 3rd floor but it would have been nice to have working main floor fridge."
