"No kitchen, just a microwave, kettle toaster, fridge and a washing up bowl. Never met the staff! Good to have under cover parking outside our unit as it was raining when we left."

"Put us in the “closet” room which was tiny, no view and no sound proofing (could hear every sound in and outside). Beds were two singles pushed together which leant into the middle so couldn’t get comfortable sleep. Overpriced and overrated the manager even acknowledged low quality of room before we checked in and said they get complaints about that room almost every day but they continue to sell at the high room rate.
