There is no need to buy water, there is filtered water and ice from the refrigerator. The private fenced-in yard is quiet and backs up to a greenbelt. Step out onto the patio in the mornings and you will enjoy the sounds of nature as the birds are plentiful. Enjoy the fire-pit in our mild but cool winter evenings. Outdoor lighting, BBQ grill and Outdoor seating available to enjoy natural old Florida in this cozy but spacious private backyard. Easy access to beltway that gets you to Orlando or Attractions. For nature lovers, there are beautiful Natural Springs nearby like Wekiva Springs State Park, Kelly Park, Kings Landing and Alexander Springs for Kayaking, Tubing or just cooling off in the springs. House was very clean and stocked with everything you could imagine. It is conveniently located near shopping and food. However, I would recommend adding a Keurig machine. If we come back to the area we would stay there again.

Great vacation home!

This little home is the perfect place to stay while visiting Mt. Dora. The beds are comfortable, and all the details have been considered. Having a garage is a nice extra. Everything is brand new and clean. We enjoyed our stay!

Great property

We enjoyed our stay at this property during our first visit to Mount Dora. It had plenty of room for our 2 families to enjoy. The house has everything you could need and want for your use. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. We were in town for a Fishing tournament on Harris Chain of Lakes and the house was in a convenient area for boat ramps. The driveway was long enough for our truck and bass boat and it was nice to have the garage to store the boat in at night. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and was only a 30 minute drive from the Ski Beach area and 45 minutes to Disney resorts. Loida was very helpful in the booking process. She answered all questions and was able to give me great recommendations of activities to do during our stay.
