"Stayed here twice during our holiday in Orlando. Very nice hotel. Checking in was very easy and quick. Bags dropped off with bell services and we were soon off to the parks. Great that fast passes are included with the hotel room. Can catch the water taxi or walk, we did both throughout our stays at the hotel. Club level room gave excellent services and breakfast, extra snacks and drinks made it worthwhile. Would definitely stay here again."

"First trip to Universal and I would highly recommend staying at the Sapphire Hotel! Staff were mostly kind and attentive. They were even able to accommodate our early check-in. The room service food wasn’t worth the prices and some of the condiments provided were old. Outdoor pool/area was great! When we stayed the exercise room was closed/being remodeled. They have shuttles to the other parks as well as a ferry. Awesome place would definitely be back!"

"Room was clean but didn’t like rug on floor. Towels were horrible. Stiff like cardboard. No fresh coffee available on premises after 1 pm. Staff very nice hotel lobby immaculate."
