"Everything was perfect except the following items my shower started out cold and took some time to hot probably because they were working on the water at the time. But whatever they did I felt like Goldilocks after the water was either hot or too hot even warm nor cold. And in the bathroom there was a bug problem but no where else that I saw. Minus those two things the staff were all friendly and extremely helpful."

"My family and I absolutely loved this hotel. The hotel alone had so many great amenities that we could enjoy. We were able to get into the parks an hr early and enjoy before the crowd got in. That hr was definitely worth it. The staff was amazing, very nice, very helpful, and very appreciative. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, and will book again in the future."

"Property was clean, well maintained, would have preferred a few more items for breakfast. Shuttle service option to Universal was not used because they only have one pickup time- 0830 A.M. and one return time 500 P.M. Otherwise hotel stay was good."
