"Stay away. Expedia shows some luxury pictures, and you get nothing. These people were arrogant. My brand new car was scratched and dented just because I spoke to staff, as the Expedia pictures and reality had zero similarity. Expedia should be ashamed too for uploading luxury pics that are totally irrelevant."

"While the location with view of mountains was nice when we arrived the sofa was all ripped and the bathroom had hairs on the floor and tub as well. TV would not work in that we could not watch Netflix or any other app as the tv has no connection. I went to reception and a young lady behind the counter was 0 help said i don’t really know what to do or say then said well i could get someone to look tomorrow this was the day i was checking out. "For the cost of the room it was not close to decent value. Room smelled musty. First room they gave us had third rate lock. Changed rooms. Again musty. We bailed on second night. Staff were great. Polite. Professional."
