"The listing said there were two bathrooms in unit 1, but there was only one. No big deal. The unit itself is gorgeous, and the yard and neighborhood is relaxing and quiet. I loved the office and the chair was super comfortable. Not sure how the thermostat was supposed to work and it was HOT in there as it was 95 in Portland that day. But the fan in the closet was a nice touch. It made sleeping bearable. I’ll totally stay here again if I can when I’m in Portland next."

The kitchen is very well equipped despite not having a stove/oven, and it’s clear the owners have put in every effort to make sure you have everything you need. "The house was spotless. Directions were clear. Communication was speedy. Furnishings were comfy and clean. The kitchen is amazing! The locale is right next to a highway but the house was not noisy. Super easy to get to and close to LOTS to do! We’d stay there again in a heartbeat!"

"2nd stay went very smoothly, just like the first. It's in a bit of a crowded neighborhood, but once inside it's very private. It looks like it's been renovated recently, and everything was in working order. A supermarket is just a few blocks away. If I come back to this area of Portland, I'll definitely stay here again!"

Due to Portland being in the news so much, I googled “safe place to stay in Portland” and I felt safe here although they did warn us not to leave anything visible in our car. "
