"Staff was wonderful, breakfast was good. Facility was clean and looked nice albeit older. Our room was fine, however the floors felt dirty (needed to be mopped) and the bottom exterior rim of the shower was flat out dirty. Sheets had some black fuzzies on them. The shower water took a longer than typical time to get warm. Overall it was ok for what we needed but would have been nice to have a cleaner space."

"Bunkhouse describes this cozy apartment with enclosed patio perfectly. Our “super ager” hound met hosts fine dogs with zero issues. Regret we had only one night to stay. Next time!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The hosts provided everything you could possibly need and more! The interior was clean and comfortable. Perfect for 2 people. We spent a lot of time on the deck feeding the birds and enjoying being surrounded by all the beautiful trees. There is a wonderful view of the mountain from the living room that changed throughout the day. I took many pictures of it trying to capture all its nuances as the light changed. We saw deer, coatimundi, a bear (closeup), 2 varieties of squirrels, hummingbirds, Mexican jays, grosbeaks, and woodpeckers. It was a great, relaxing way to spend our vacation. We loved it and will definitely be back!!"
