"This home was new and clean and had very nice views of the lake! Our kids loved the backyard area and dock (they were very entertained with throwing rocks into the lake). The location felt sort of far from things but it wasn’t too bad (about 15min to downtown and 30 min to lake Catherine park). I think the only negative for us was that there wasn’t a dining table for our group to eat at (only the 2 bar stools), but we knew that when we reserved the home for our stay so made it work with a picnic...

Only nit pick I had was that the WiFi splash page had an ssh certificate error so I couldn’t connect the Nintendo switch or kindle to WiFi. I do like that it was a ubiquity router and AP though. Everything was great. "

"Our family of 5 loved our spring break stay at this property. It was clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the kitchen stocked with everything needed for our stay. The communication from the property manager was prompt and very friendly. The kayaks, mini golf, pool, air hockey, and board games provided endless entertainment. The property is about 20 minutes from downtown Hot Springs so definitely factor that into your travel times. We would definitely stay here again! "
