" I had a wonderful stay at New Hotel Sohail in Hyderabad! The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax. What truly made my experience exceptional was the staff—every single person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality really stood out and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hyderabad. Great service, and a great overall experience! Many thanks to Swami for going out of way to do his duty. Also thanks to Mr. Syed, Mr. Adnan,Ms Geeta and Mr.Ali for their superb service at the reception desk. "

"This is a newer hotel not fully opened yet. The staff though was amazing for all my needs. It was easy to take a car to go to all places. It was not far from the Charminar. The food wwws delicious and plenty. If I were to visit Hyderabad again, I’d come back! "

"Staff was good. We checked in late night. They didn't have our reservation. They accepted our email confirmation. They gave us a room that was in a building full of construction and dust. It did not match the pictures on the site. Internet did not work. Next day they shifted us to their main building which matched the room pictures in the website. Elevator was not working for one day. . Internet started working in the new room. Next day toilet sped flushing. They took care of it. Last day, AC conked out. By the way, I thought they had a swimming pool. We didn't see it anywhere. Good thing is that the management is very polite. They respond to any complaint quickly. What they need is better investment in proactive maintenance. They need to make excellent customer experience top priority. The property has lots of potential. "
