This was a beautiful location with a private lake. The property was newer and had new carpet and a new bathroom. The fridge in the room was appreciated! We also enjoyed a balcony on our room. The breakfast was a pretty standard buffet. We enjoyed watching the boaters across the way and the sun go down over the mountains. Plenty of parking and a shared laundry in each "condo" unit. If you have a car this is a very nice and quiet place to stay, but also still very close to Cromwell with its shops, cafes, and restaurants.

We made a last minute reservation and were well impressed by easy access and good location to wander the Central Otago area, as well as per the attentive check in process. Our unit was exactly as described in the website, with comfortable beds and new linen, and lots of light. The only comment I had that I shared during the check out was the strong smell that was in the unit, not sure whether was coming from construction/paint materials but required extra ventilation. Beyond that, it was a pleasant stay.
