Bed was clean and hotel was mostly quiet. The whole place was pretty worn out, for instance the chair was completely worn through on the corners of the chair back, the sink was rusty and the a/c sounded like it was struggling mightily.

It was a bit hard to sleep with a very loud family next to us. They also had the tv on all night. And, when we came in we were getting hit on. The second night was much better.

hotel room was decently clean however under the metal bed frame there was trash that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months and the halls smelled like smoke the whole stay. this hotel also canceled a room my friends had 4 days out due to "plumbing issues" and offered to compensate at the Knights Inn which is a cheaper, outdated and seemingly uncleanly motel. they claimed that no other rooms were available at this hotel even though there were still listings available to buy on their website.

I used to come to this hotel often, its been years but they did a great job with upkeep. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. All the people here were great. The whole area is very developed now compared to a few years ago. Love it!

Its location is very convenient for driving, dining, and shopping. Ample parking. The "breaker" kept shutting off the electricity in the dining room resulting in cold coffee and no waffles. Stale bagels. No stopper in the bathroom sink, say goodbye to anything dropped there. Bed sheets with holes. No maid service for 3 days. Room so small we could barely get the suitcase cart into the room. Very little seems to have been reinvested into property upkeep.

Check in was quick and fast. Staff helped me with my request for early check in for a small fee that i was willing to pay to get into my room early so i could get ready for work. Best part was how comfortable and relaxing the room was after a long day at work.

The room was fine. Disappointed that pool and Hot tub were out of service. I have encountered this many times since the pandemic. I think most places like saving the expense of a pool or hot tub. That is their choice, but they should quit advertising that they have tis amenity.

Found black mold in tub. Had to changes rooms. Mattresses were worn. Sheets had stains on them. Lots of traffic in and out the hotel. Smelled like weed. Was told we couldn't sit on lobby furniture until breakfast.
