Good, safe place to stop

Fine for a short stay. The service was excellent and staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable and hot water was plentiful. Microwave in room but no tissues or shampoo/conditioner. Room was quiet despite busy road. Safe place to stay with a nice lake and IHOP next door for breakfast.

The photos for this property are misleading. The sleeping area was ok, but the bathroom/shower area was really sketchy. Definitely in need of renovation. A clear case of you get what you pay for, just soap and towels. Not even a box of tissues.

They gave me a room that was tore up and when I asked for another one they refused so I checked out early and I’m still waiting on my refund for the other 2 nights I paid for and it’s day 4…worse service ever!!!

We booked a non- smoking room but the people next door looked like they were living in the hotel and smoking, our room smelled like smoked. Pillows were stained and old. I am 5ft and the sink was too tall Our shower was broken so staff came in and fixed it promptly.

I've stayed at this property w ny handicap mother on numerous occasions. This stay was awful..from the check in to the room they out us in to the people who were in rooms around us...needless to say i hadxto go back to desk n asked for different room in different area of complex or give me a refund...we got a different room after me having to talk with the clerk that barely spoke English....safety needs work...rooms need work..no hot water...they need to really clean the property up and the people they let stay there....1st room ..ac didn't work..it had bad odor and the area n people around us was awful....now room they moved us to ac worked..no odor..n felt somewhat safer..still no hot water...but pet friendly which is our main reason staying...They need to fix alot on this property..

I would only recommend it if you are on a tight budget. The price is affordable for a limited budget. However, there were issues with appliances(tv/fridge), busted or no locks on certain doors, noise levels in certain areas,and rude staff with the exception of the housekeeping crew. The housekeepers were peasant and helpful and the a/c worked great.

I liked how quiet it was, hot shower water, t.v., pond view and fluffy beds. I didn't like the fact the check in smell of weed and was over hot inside. I did like the lack of soap or enough towels. I didn't like the stained bedspread or unsafe door that didn't lock.

The water pressure was good. The tv setup on the wall was cool. There were a lot of holes in the comforter from peoples cigarettes and mildew in the bathroom that they tried to cover up with caulk. Also, not all of the outlets worked so that kind of sucked. It seems like they are in the midst of some kind of renovations so hopefully it will get better?

For the positive – it was adjacent to the IHOP, the price was good, we requested the first floor and they were able to deliver, the desk clerk was very nice. For the downside – no hairdryer no coffee maker we caught about three channels on the TV, none of which we were interested in, The bathroom door was hanging on its hinges, we had to lift it to be able to close it. Not extremely bad but you get what you pay for.
