Home was spectacular and looks even better in person than it does in the listing photos. Comfortable beds, modern finishings, and overall impeccably clean. The home is within walking distance to fun restaurants and cute coffee shops in Mt Pleasant, and less than a 10 minute drive to both downtown Charleston and Sullivans Island. Communication was thorough and directions were clear. Would absolutely stay here again, in fact, I look forward to it!

Perfect location!
We found the house beautiful and very comfortable. The check in was very easy and everything we needed was provided. Walked the beautiful neighborhood and easy walk to bars/stores/restaurants. Only issue was the twin bed for our 5th person was very small, more like a toddler bed. We had 5 but saying it sleeps 7 would be very tight.

Nice (almost perfect) stay with opportunities for improvement
We had lived in the OV for five years and had recently moved back to the Northeast, so a little end of year return visit to our old neighborhood was the purpose of the stay. The location is great; I had always passed by this hidden street but was unaware how charming it is. Home was very nice & clean- but be warned, steep stairs throughout-very vertical. Opportunities: - wifi/codes given by the property mgrs and what was in the binder in the house were different. Not a big deal, but I had to do some work and didnt know which one to connect to & different/inconsistent info was in email and text - would have been nice for it to all be in one place - beds, linens/towels were average/to below average for the price of the stay- tiny/cheapish towels. - fans need to be fixed as they make a lot of noise- woke me up one night and needed to be turned off completely -they were very clear & borderline awkwardly aggressive about ONE parking space in an empty grass mini lot across from the house. There is definitely room for 2+ cars and there is a shared driveway with a neighboring rental (I think they also own) which went unused the entire week and it is unclear why. We rented a car and a golf cart and were told to find parking for one or the other on a nearby street. Overall, a nice stay, but the communication was a bit automated, rules heavy and felt impersonal. No personal follow up to see how it was going/if we needed anything; would have been a nice touch for the $. Thanks!

I am kind of like other people who reviewed - I don’t want to tell anyone else about this place because it was so great. Good setup for the two adults and two kids. We did not spend a lot of time in the property, but loved the layout, and the appliances looked nice. However, the best part was the location. Code to downtown, close to Sullivan’s island, very close to patriots point and Shem creek. Great restaurants within walking distance. We didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop while we were there, but it looked nice. Would absolutely stay again and again!

Charleston Girls Trip
We found this property to be in a good location, easy to get to downtown and the beach. You can walk to the cute coffee shops and the bridge. Everything was clean and accommodating. I have suggested new pillows, mattress toppers would have been great, and 1 extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom (this most likely falls under property management team). There was no leniency with check in or departure unless you’re willing to pay for it. Also, I am a light sleeper, and could here the traffic nearby along with the sounds of sirens a couple of nights during our stay. Overall it was a great place for 6 women, as long as 1 of them doesn’t mind sleeping in a kids twin bed. Steven was very responsive during our entire stay.
