This cabin was just incredible. Our stay was very short; however, the time we were there was wonderful. The property inside is clean and the decor was adorable! My nephews enjoyed staying here more than at Grandma's house, lol. Angie, our host, was responsive, answered all of our questions and was a joy to work with. We loved seeing the deer and wildlife will staying there.
Our family of 10 had the most wonderful stay at this amazing cabin. If you need some family time, this is the place to stay. Everything was perfect. The cabin is located in a beautiful and serene place. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. Angie, the host is amazing. The instructions were communicated perfectly. Our grandkids loved exploring nature surrounding the cabin. Our sons enjoyed the trails nearby riding the razor. We loved sitting on the large deck enjoying the sunset and roasting marshmallows around the fire table. The kitchen included everything we needed and the bbq grill and blackstone grill were great. The cabin is clean and has such a fun outdoor theme. This was our second stay at this cabin and our kids all agree we have to return and stay even longer. It is the perfect place for families to gather and enjoy being together. Thanks Angie for sharing your beautiful place with us.
The cabin was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed our time there, did a great deal of wildlife spotting and stargazing. We would definitely stay again!
We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. One of the things we loved about it was even though there were a few other homes near it, the trees made it feel very secluded.
It’s a lovely cabin and a great get away!
Great cabin with privacy and plenty of parking. Owner was super accessible and very pleasant to work with. Overall great experience. We would love to go again next year
We rented the cabin to stay in for a wedding in Mt Pleasant. The cabin was beautiful. Beautiful scenery. You felt like you were in the middle of the mountains. Would definitely rent it again.
The accommodations were a perfect set up for our family. (3 couples and 5 little kids)
The only thing that would have made this place even better would be a bit of flat, grassy area for the kids to play outside. Other than that, it was a wonderful place for us to enjoy our family!
I spent the weekend with my Sister who I had not seen for 5 years. We had a wonderful time at this most beautiful cabin! I especially love all details; the place is prepared perfectly. Great job to management! Thank you for sharing!

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
We are a travel softball team so all the coach's decided to all stay together and I found this cabin. Gorgeous cabin, beautiful area and fit all of us just perfectly. Super quiet, remote and stunning scenery. The host's are very friendly and communicated really well with us about our stay, directions and expectations.
Only negatives I have are: It's super hot in cabin in the summer time and it's a ways up the mountain to the actual cabin.
Would definitely rent again when we are in the area.
This property was a great little getaway for our family and group of ten. Plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen was well stocked for the meals we made! Grocery stores and gas stations are close by if needed and access to the Arapeen OHV Trail is about 15-20 minutes away with endless offroad trails! We had a minor issue with the smoke detector going off but Angie & Chris were easy and quick to communicate with and we were able to resolve the issue! We loved our stay here and we will certainly consider staying here again when we travel to the area!
A huge thank you to Angie for sharing her incredible property with us! This is better than the photos! Breathtaking views, amazing amenities and all of the peace and quiet you need to reset. We just finished our stay at this beautiful cabin and all of our kids were crying when we told them it was time to leave. If you are looking for a great place to relax and recharge…. This is it! Angie is an incredible host! Her amazing directions and cabin with everything you could need will make for a comfortable stay no matter who you are traveling with!!! I can’t wait to go back!
My daughters and I loved this cabin. The cabin was spotless and the beds comfortable. We loved the claw foot tub. The pictures do not do it justice. Total and complete silence in a pine forest and the star watching was excellent on clear nights. Angie was was prompt when we asked questions and clear with instructions. It was perfect for us to reconnect with nature and each other. While our phones had excellent service and our hotspots worked, the lack of WiFi was much needed for us. We walked the woods, played games, did crafts and mainly spent time with each other. It is large enough to accommodate a large family or group. I highly recommend this place if you want to get away from a busy life. We left totally relaxed and happy.
The cabin was immaculate and well appointed. We had 8 people and could have accommodated 5 more easily. The cabin had everything we needed except battery operated lights for an unexpected storm related power outage, but cell phone lights got us through. The reservation process, check in/out process was easy. You can ride toys from the cabin to the towns close by and get to the Arapeen trail from the cabin. It is a bit of an adventure to get to Skyline, but doable. Turkey and deer frequent the property. Very helpful neighbor across the street helped us navigate to other sections of the trail. Grocery and hardware stores close. Thanks to the owners for a wonderful week! Mike
Beautiful Thanksgiving Stay In Nicely Appointed Cabin
We stayed here for 4 days over Thanksgiving. The cabin is in a beautiful location and has many nice touches, such as nice cooking implements in the kitchen, full-size bottles of shampoo and conditioner, light dimmers, etc. You can tell the owners go the extra mile to provide a comfortable stay for all of their guests.
Because our stay was during the winter, we had to use a 4-wheeler and small trailer to get our group and our gear up to the cabin, so that is a thing to know, but Angie was a great communicator as she coached us through what arrangements we would need. That being said, winter in a cabin is so cozy! We played many games, went ice fishing, explored in the snow, and stayed warm with the wood-burning stove. If you have the equipment and know-how, I highly recommend a winter trip here!
Lastly, one of our group left an expensive and sentimental pocket knife in the cabin and Angie made arrangements to personally get it back to us. Amazing service!
