"This resort was wonderful. It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable. The only thing I will say about the room was it was a slide door to the bathroom and it didn’t have a handle and it was kind of heavy and hard to slide. But really not a big deal. The area around the resort was beautiful. Loved that we could walk out the pier and along the water. We enjoyed that every night we were there. The pool area was very nice as well. Plenty of room and lounge chairs. But the pool water was way too cold to swim in. There seemed to be a pool that must have been warmer that was filled with kids playing. But the other 2 bigger pools were basically not being used because they were so cold. The hot tub was very nice. The weather was perfect when we were there and we would have loved to be able to swim comfortably. There were large fire pits you could sit around that was another nice feature in the evening. The resort had dining options but we didn’t get a chance to try. But seemed like others did. There was also a water taxi available but we didn’t try that either. But the resort wasn’t far from things in Mount Pleasant or even Charleston. It was perfect for what we wanted. We would definitely stay here again if in the Charleston area again. It was a beautiful resort in a beautiful city. "

"The hotel was nice and clean with a good location but I checked out on March 16,3026 and it's now April 4th and they will not release my deposit. I have called multiple times and they will not resolve the issues. Do NOT stay at this property unless you want to be scammed out of $100!"

"The rooms were clean, the staff were pretty good. Breakfast was good wish they had jelly out when I saw that they didn’t have jelly I was going to make a sausage and egg biscuit with mustard, the packs of mustard was expired. Stayed for two nights and did not get great sleep. The room was hot because the A/C kept freezing up, the shower water stayed really hot (no matter how cold we had it). Whoever was in the room next to us kept hitting the wall around 2:00 a.m. both nights, slamming doors, talking as loud as they could. Strange person dressed all in black with hood over his head walking into the hotel trying to open doors (we heard the front desk say that he didn’t belong in the hotel). This has been the same hotel we used every time when go to Mount Pleasant/Charleston for years, but after this visit we will be seeking somewhere else. "

"The property is kept up nicely. I thought our room was going to have a microwave and refrigerator. The ac was nice and cold. The bed and bathroom were clean, but the floors were very dirty, turning our socks black. We liked the location. I would say that, for the price, it could’ve been a little better. We would rather spend $25 a night more for a different hotel that offered more amenities."
