"Very disappointed upon arrival to see the condition of the house. We left after only being there for an hour and were forced to stay in a hotel. The Host was not cooperative when messaging and claimed that the cleaning crew did not do a good job. We have asked for a full refund multiple times and the host has not responded. Unacceptable Examples The whole house had a distinct odor Trash can full of filth Floors we covered in grime and sticky film throughout Counter tops greasy Bugs/Flies...

"We had a great time at Terrace-By-The-Lake. Used the house for a golf weekend with lifelong friends. Everything was advertised as bedrooms and kitchen and bathrooms were great and spacious. House is ready for younger families as well with easy options for hi-chairs, cribs and bunk beds...but we are old geezers and didn't need those amenities. Basement has a pool table which was a ton of fun and a roulette wheel and craps table. Bring a dealer and have some fun! Only downside is getting...

"We loved our recent stay at fancy poconos caste. The house was just like it was pictured. Very spacious and clean. Everyone enjoyed the swim spa, large patio and firepit. "first I want to start saying that the house is not secluded like the title says, there are a lot of neighbors near the house and they even complaint about my group saying we were loud and recorded us.. so where’s the privacy?.. I also want to say that when I first rented the property it didn’t have restriction on noise in the description, he added a lot of rules to the description after I couldn’t cancel it anymore.. the pool in the house is very deep (I didn’t see that in the description) so...
