Elevator was small and only one out of two worked, super busy all the time. Front desk staff super nice, accommodate an early check in. She gave us information about the area and provided a map. "Staff was very rude and unwelcoming especially the lady at the front desk with long black hair. She has TERRIBLE customer service. I only stayed because they wouldn’t let me check out without charging an extra fee. NEVER going back there because of the experience I had. There was such a lovely lady at the bar. I feel sorry that she has to work in such a hostile environment."
