We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Tree House in Mount Shasta! The hotel is exceptionally clean, cozy, and welcoming, with a charming mountain-lodge atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Having a restaurant and bar conveniently located inside the hotel is a huge plus, especially after a long day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. Everything feels warm, comfortable, and well-maintained. A perfect place to relax and unwind while visiting Mount Shasta. Highly recommend!

We've stayed several times due to location and the pool. Unfortunately the pool is quite cold. I have to bring my wetsuit top. There is no free breakfast. Rooms are fine. Parking is good and free.

It is a great spot if you are on i5 or specifically visiting Mt. Shasta. Staff are incredibly sweet. Breakfast options are better than a standard American breakfast buffet. Extremely convenient to nearby trails, museums and beautiful views of Mt. Shasta, even from the property.

Overall, we had a good experience. The hotel is conveniently located close to major attractions, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The AC in our room was not working, but fortunately, the weather was pleasant, so we didn’t really need it during our stay.

I liked the fact that you had a full service breakfast. The quality of the food in the mornings was very good. Having a tea and coffee station was very convenient as I had several work meetings in the lobby. The weather had turned cold and the lobby was draughty. I asked if we could light the fireplace and was told the hotel didnt have any firewood- which was surprising. Keeping a fire lit would make the hotel more welcoming and comfortable. The pool and hot tube area were very appreciated and I used them daily for 4 days. I also appreciated the water bottle filling station that the hotel offers. One criticism - I dined in the onsite restaurant in the evening and chose the beef and mushroom risotto. This was very oversalted - it seems the mushrooms had been dredged in salt. I later woke in the night - completely parched due to the high salt content and was very uncomfortable. I mentioned this the following day to one of the wait staff and she said she had heard that feedback before. Hopefully my review will prompt a change ..........

Loved the "treehouse" vibe, sent lots of pics to our granddaughter. Rooms were clean and heater and air conditioner worked perfectly. We ate in the restaurant (Cooper's) which had delicious foods. We took dessert to our room. We didn't use the pool or gym, but we did see people in the pool, kids having a great time. This place is surrounded by towering evergreens and oh, so quiet! We would certainly go back.
