"Had a great time at Timberline and love staying at Voyager's Rest. Conditions were excellent, plan to be back again next year."

"This house was very dirty on the outside. The hot tub had a broken lid and leaves/dirt in the water. The upstairs shower did not work. There was no AC so it was incredibly hot inside the house. We had no access to kayaks. The photos show the private beach area within walking distance and it's not. We had to drive a few miles to find it."

"This property has a lot of potential. There was plenty of space, and the decor was nice. It had a warm, “cabin in the woods” feel. However, there were several things that caused our family to end our stay early. The property is in need of a deep clean and pest control. There were cobwebs and dust throughout the home, and ladybugs crawling all over the front door, walls, and ceiling in the entryway and dining areas. "When we checked in they placed in a room directly by the front desk. About five minutes later I asked if we could get placed in another location within the hotel because the previous night we had stayed by a front desk and it was noisy. Chelsea found us a two bedroom suite and let us pay the difference and we had the most spacious and peaceful space for the night. Thank you Chelsea! "
