"This is a an older style hotel. It is in reasonably good condition for its age and has attractive wooden doors and windows. It is set back from the road and is mostly quiet. The grounds are well kept and the pool looked nice although I didn’t swim. The front desk people arranged tours and transportation for us. The restaurant food was good and it was a good price. Apparently they have a room deal that includes a breakfast but we just paid for it. They do have an airport shuttle which was very handy. One annoying policy is that they make you pay cash for your stay so watch your reserve. We had to walk down the main road trying 3 bank ATM’s before the 4th worked. The neighborhood seems to be par for Puerto Princesa, which is on the poor side, but we walked around during the day with no problems. "

"Staff no where to be found no hot water see through shades in bathroom beds were very hard and uncomfortable mosquitoes everywhere. "

"Room clean, close to airport, staff friendly, breakfast adequate, unfortunately the lady organising tours etc was not very helpful but the driver organised a transfer to el nido for us very efficiently "

"Pool was nice. Only 4 ft deep. Pool was Large and never too crowded. Paid about $7 for private car to the airport. Hotel arranged it to my needs. Breakfast was nice. Lunch and dinner OK. "

"We requested 2 queens but got a queen/twin combo. Other than that it was quiet, clean, and in a good area. Staff was nice. Breakfast was the best! "

"Room was clean and well maintained. Staff were very courteous but needs more training on processes and follow-up with situations. Restaurant has a great ambiance and dinner had an add-on entertainment which was great."

"The staff are very good, polite and courteous. The room was spacious and clean. Facilities were good and food was great. Reception was good service and very welcoming. Therapy was great and catering staff were very good. The roof top bar staff member was very good indeed Gabriel and was a pleasure to meet. "
