"A lovely stay at Balai Princesa. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, she recommended a wonderful seafood restaurant with exceptional sunset views (Badjao). She also sorted us with bike hire from Ezrah’s. Our room was clean, breakfast was good. The property was in a great location for exploring Puerto Princesa. "

"For the most part, we loved this place! It's aesthetically pleasing, with beautiful grounds and views. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Free transportation is available to and from town. The breakfast could use a little improvement, but overall it's fine. Highly recommend!"

"Room was spacious and inviting! Located about 20 minutes outside the city it was quiet, had a great pool, and an amazing restaurant open from 0600 - 2200 daily. Food options were excellent, portions good, and staff were extremely friendly! Will stay again!"

"The room is clean. I was pleasantly surprised after a long trip from El Nido to be welcomed by a spacious clean white room. We had a big bed for my husband and I and, two single beds for my two daughters. For the price we paid, it was really good value. We had an early morning flight, so they offered to pack our breakfast. They have arranged for our tour and our van to the airport. The.staff is friendly and accommodating. "

"I would definitely stay here again! The beds were so comfortable. The pool was amazing. Within walking distance to Robinson, Starbucks, Jollybee, chowking, specially if you did not want to eat at the hotel. However, we did enjoy the food at the hotel and the 24 hour bar and food service. "
