"The Manu Heights was an incredible property. It has stunning views that are truly wonderful to wake up too no matter what the weather is. Modern house, very functional, the fire was lovely, fully equipped kitchen. Lovely living areas. Quiet and peaceful nice gardens and outside eating areas. Good parking. Port Chalmers is a quaint town full of history so Manu Heights a good place to be stationed out. Communication excellent. "Water pressure was a real issue. Virtually no pressure in the shower even after faulty pump was replaced. Had to use pots of water to replenish toilet cistern as it remained empty after use. A guide of sorts explaining off grid to those unfamiliar would be a good idea.Apart from the water issues the house lived up to expectations and Long Beach is a most beautiful place. "Very cool crib. I would note the 4th bedroom is downstairs, which is only an issue if you have children. Otherwise it is an amazing, clean crib that is amazingly close to the beach and the pub."
