She helped us organize everything, assisted us in resolving several issues during our trip, and was incredibly knowledgeable about the area. Thanks to her recommendations, we discovered some amazing places to have dinner and spend quality time with our family. I can honestly say she is one of the best receptionists I have ever met — extremely professional, kind, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. "Last minute date night booking and it did not disappoint. It is so nice that once you’re there you have everything you need, and if not the front desk will make it so. Dinner was amazing and the views are stunning. It felt like a world away even though it’s a quick drive from home. I’m already looking forward to the next visit where we will stay 2 nights instead of 1 and take advantage of the spa. Highly recommend!"
