I like how they had make up wipes in the room. The room was spacious, the complimentary water was a plus. Room a/c was set at a really nice temperature. All in all is was a nice stay.

Our stay was fantastic! Stacy at the front desk on our arrival was amazing. Our room had a thermostat issue and she quickly moved us to another room. There were also other things she did as well to accommodate us. The place is spotless. Good fitness area. Good free breakfast.

Toilet was plugged, staff offered me a plunger, fixed the next day but room was not cleaned. No Creamer or sweetener for coffee. AC had some noise. The breakfast was limited, omelets were fair, milk was tasteless and of poor quality limited yogurt options. Elevators worked some of the time. The check in manager was pleasant. I stayed at this property last year and was pleased however after this years fiasco I will not be back and will not use use this chain again.

This hotel is one of the nicer places to stay in Mountain Home. It's not the Ritz - but it is CLEAN (don't let the main lobby area sway you - the rooms were spotless!), and the staff was constantly ABOVE AND BEYOND on asking if you need anything, asking if they can assist in anyway. I usually HATE hotel room carpets - but our room was nearly SPOTLESS. It was a hot day and our room AC was SUPER COLD! We didn't stay long, but the morning, freshly ground and brewed coffee was actually really good. The parking lot is well lit at night and there was ample parking close to the front door. We stayed on the 3rd floor, right around the corner from the elevator (which I usually dread) - and never heard a single sound all night long! The morning breakfast was ample - with hot and cold foods, fresh fruit, breads, etc., but since we didn't actually try anything, I won't comment on that. Will I be back the next time I roll through? Yes, indeed. AND, in case you do not know this - there is a bar downtown called the Square Piano. It's about a mile away - and SO MUCH FUN!!! Check it out! We were there on a Thursday night, which is jam session night, and one of the regulars is Charlie Askew from American Idol - perfect pitch!
