"We stayed just to hang out downtown a few days off. Location was amazing, building staff were all great. Home was as nice in person as pics, the screened in porch was nice. It was in the 80s and we were VERY comfortable with the HVAC despite the building maintenance being in charge of AC per previous reviews from others. "This is a great convenient spot to stay if you want to explore and enjoy great shopping/food. This penthouse had a beautiful view of Stone mountain to the left and Atlanta to the right and Lenox mall across the street. It was perfect for our get away girls night. "The apartment was nice, modern and had a great view. When we rented it, on the listing it included a sofa couch and clearly stated the space slept 4 people. When we got ready to bed down the first night, we realized there was only enough extra bedding for the twin bed (also listed) and nothing for the couch. When we asked for extra bedding we were told the couch was not supposed to be a sleeping option and that some owners list a king bed as being able to accommodate 3 people?!?!...
