"What I didn’t like is there is no communication between the office staff and cleaners, they remove all the beddings and towel when we went out for breakfast, our booking confirmation is from May 13-18, they removed all beddings and towel on the 17th, we told them that our check out date is still the next day they said the reservation staff did not tell them and they assume that we are check out because we forgot to put the DND sign on the door."

"While the bed in the hotel room was clean and presentable there were many issues encountered in the hotel. First, the toilet seat lid would not stay upright while in use unless it was held up by hand. Second the carpeting and amenities were dated. Third, the bathroom sink water came out cold whether the handle was on hot or cold. Finally, when I went to the front desk to purchase several items, there was a "Cash Only" sign as they had no ability to utilize credit cards. When I presented cash, the clerk said they had no cash to make change [for a $10 or a $20]. Given the rates charged, the hotel was a huge disappointment."

"We were stayed the night for a VA Tech graduation so it was adequate for our needs. It was not fancy or real nice but clean enough and close enough to the campus to make sense. The walls are super thin and not only could we hear the neighbors all night, but the housekeepers got in a huge fight in the hallway before 9am the following morning. Two women were yelling at each other and dropping F bombs about vacuuming. Very disruptive and unprofessional. Otherwise, it was fine. No elevator but the place is only 2 floors so that wasn't too bad but definitely worth noting for those with disabilities."

"The hotel was clean and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable, The rooms are dated, they feel like hospital rooms. Our room had view on the highway and it was very noisy, even at night. Breakfast was on the go with pre wrapped or long conservation items, so we skipped it. The exercise room was sad. Since we overpaid for graduation weekend (450 a night with taxes and fees), this may have been the worst quality/price hotel we have gone to."
