Staff were nice enough. Pillows are horrible, everyone complained that they were overstuffed, I barely slept all week and part due to altitude part due to the pillows being so uncomfortable. We had a great stay at Eagles Nest! The condo had everything we needed plus beautiful views and a comfortable space. Lisa was very communicative and answered any questions we had very quickly. Dial-a-Ride was easy and efficient. We would love to come back!
