"I found the staff friendly and professional. Currently they are working on the maintenance of the building exterior. As such, it was covered by a maintenance net. I did not try their breakfast since it ends at 9AM that is away too early but other than that, it is a good business hotel for a solo traveler who just needs some place to stay."

"Carpet in 1108 was dirty. Prior guests spilled something on the carpet. It should not have been assigned until cleaned. Having a 45 minute happy hour at the bar is really silly. Usually the happy hours are 2-3 hours. "

"Room was very clean and toiletries are readily available. Clean towels are changed daily when requested.Despite the language barrier staff tried their best to help. Kudos to all your staff. "To be fair, pros include wheelchair friendly and the location is excellent. Cons include security bleach and no shower cap. The bed sheet had blood stain. I took a nap as soon as I checked in without knowing that the door was not locked. When I called the front desk, the gentleman apologized saying he forgot to set the door lock after house keeper finished cleaning. They apparently have a master key and they can control door lock. I witnessed the front desk staff lock my room door. My husband is a security consultant and he said if they can lock the door using a master key, they certainly unlock your room. I know crime rate is rising even in Japan for inside job, including insurance company employees recently. So, just be aware when you make reservations."

"Incredible experience! We are a family of 4 with kids ages 10 and 5. Everyone loved their stay! The food was incredible and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The onsen facilities were fantastic. The location was also perfect and the service was impeccable. We would recommend to anyone. "
