La Mouriesienne

The villa in Mouriès was renovated in 2021 and has various amenities such as table tennis, table football and a bowling alley for a pleasant stay with family or friends. The large villa has an open-plan living room/kitchen, furnished with a 3-seater sofa, a pouf, a TV with Netflix CanalSat and an integrated Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine and a centre island with high chairs. The air-conditioned bedrooms share a shower room. The outdoor area has a pool house with summer kitchen and connected speaker for outdoor ambience. There is also a gas barbecue and plancha. A covered terrace overlooks the heated pool (8 m x 4 m, depth 0.8 m 1.6 m) with diving steps and bench. There is also a seating area with armchairs. Various entertainment items such as boules sets, rackets, table tennis balls, mattresses and pool games are available. The villa is conveniently located in the village of Mouriès, close to the arena and within walking distance of the village centre and all shops.
