"Clean hotel, friendly staff! "

"When i booked it , i really thought it was a hotel where you went inside ( i feel a little safer at those kind ) but this did what we needed .A bed to sleep in that was very soft n smelled clean , an a hot shower . I did notice in the bathroom floor a few small dead bugs along the baseboard ,but nothing too crazy .oh yeah n the fire alarm was open without a battery in it ( that didnt make me feel good , but i was tired n stayed anyway .) I was hoping for a small breakfast ,coffee n a poptart but that didnt happen either . "

"Second annual reunion at this property for a group of 10 women who have been friends for nearly 50 years!. Wendy & Kenn are fabulous hosts and the property is everything they say it is and more. "

"You should put in a fire pit! We brought ours and was fine with it, but it would just be more convenient to have one. "

"Very comfortable stay; some confusing information. Before arriving, received a text about checking in online early, and in that process it stated pets were not allowed; however I had booked the site primarily because they allowed dogs and I was traveling with mine. When I got to the hotel I went to the desk and asked about pets; they do in fact allow pets. There was very littlte presence at the front desk. I stopped in to check out in the morning but no one was available. about half hour after leaving I got a text to check out online (not particularly convenient when driving). The hotel was great for the price but the management processes just a bit inconvenient."

"Our Girls' Weekend was so peaceful. The house was amazing. Having a private pickleball court was awesome.Thanks to the owner for the good directions. GPS not so much"

"Perfect Spot for a Bestie Getaway! We found this gem for our annual bestie trip, and it was perfect! The location couldn’t be better, right by Lithia Springs Marina (literally 2 min drive). Nichole was amazing from the start, super helpful and friendly. The house is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need.We grilled on the Blackstone, soaked in the hot tub, and had a blast with outdoor Jenga and cornhole. The kids loved spotting deer every day! There was plenty of space for our two families of five. Wi-fi worked great and they had tvs in both bedrooms. Bring bug spray if you’re visiting in the summer (though they had some too). We’d come back in a heartbeat!"
