"This particular room could use a really good carpet cleaning. I can smell an animal clearly spent time in this room. Unpleasant smell when you enter the room 124. Also the WiFi is completely unreliable when it comes to using the Zoom platform for meetings. "

"We arrived after along day of travel and no hot water in the building. They had a company piping in hot water the following day upon check out. Very disappointed. Thin blankets. Room was outside entrance, 4 th floor facing intersection. Noisy cars and when stopped at stoplight exhaust from cars came into room. Breakfast was good. Older but clean. Beds were satisfactory however TV was cheap, channel selection poor and poor quality TV. Would not stay again. Moved our stay to holiday in express. Location however was good for touring and resteraunts options."
