"Wohnung war nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Böden schmutzig, Der Putzlappen hatte Löcher. Die Fliesen in der Küche waren verschmiert. Es lagen noch Essensreste zwischen Kühlschrank und Herd. Die Kochtöpfe, Gläser waren nicht gereinigt. Im Bad an der Toilette waren Ameisen. Es gab nur einen Satz Badtücher (Waschmaschine vorhanden, aber zum Wechseln wäre gut gewesen), der Mülleimer versifft, weitere Mieter rauchten täglich Gras, was durchs ganze Haus zog. Es wurde die elektronische Codebox inkl. Code...
