"Overall, the staff, property, and amenities were excellent. However, the buffet breakfast was quite average, especially considering that children were charged the same rate as adults. In addition, our children aged 7 and 9 were not provided with a double bed. The booking policy was also somewhat misleading, as it stated that kids stay free when I made the reservation. I hope these concerns can be reviewed and clarified for future bookings to avoid confusion for other guests."

"From the moment we arrived at the resort, the staff took care of every aspect for us. They were amazing, courteous and professional. They always kept our room stocked with fresh (filtered) ice and water. If we needed anything, a simple call accomplished it quickly. The room was perfect. The view wasn't great, but the room and the amenities within it were top notch. The only detraction from the stay was the buffet. The food had great variety and the staff were helpful. However, the food was cold, like the things that are not supposed to be cold - eggs, meat etc. We thought it might have been the time that we showed up for breakfast. So, we tried it a second day and went earlier. Same result - cold food. So, we simply went somewhere else for dining. Other than that, I would gladly stay there again."
